We're seeking a passionate and skilled Community Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our virtual world.

As our Hytopia/Minecraft Community Manager, you'll be the bridge between our players and the game world, responsible for fostering a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

You'll work closely with our development team to implement exciting new features and events, and you'll be the voice of our community in all communications


Duties:

• Cultivate and nurture a thriving online community of Hytopia/Minecraft players, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Monitor and engage with players across various platforms, including ingame chat, forums, social media, and community Discord servers.
• Moderate community discussions and enforce community guidelines and rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all players.
• Coordinate and host community events, competitions, and livestreams to promote player engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the development team to gather player feedback and insights, game bugs, and advocate for communitydriven improvements.
• Create and curate content for our social media channels, including gameplay highlights, tutorials, and community spotlights.
• Serve as a liaison between the community and the development team, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and communicating upcoming changes.

Skills:

• Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of the Hytopia/Minecraft universe and its community.
• Proven experience managing online gaming communities or social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with players in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of community management tools and platforms, such as Discord, Reddit, and forums.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and events to captivate our community.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and video editing software is a plus.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
