CIVIL LITIGATOR AND BRIEFING ATTORNEY POSITIONS
We are in search of a skilled litigator and a knowledgeable briefing attorney.
We handle various cases for our clients, such as general liability, premises liability, trucking and auto accidents, and product liability cases. We welcome applications from individuals residing outside Austin who can work remotely. For the litigation role, a Texas license and residency are required.
LITIGATORS
As a litigator, you will oversee all aspects of your cases, from discovery to trials. Experienced attorneys will partake in high-stakes cases against accomplished counterparts. Those with less experience will grow their skills through depositions, hearings, client interactions, and case management. You will enjoy substantial autonomy in managing cases from inception to resolution.
BRIEFING ATTORNEYS
We value experience in the aforementioned fields but are open to other backgrounds. Part-time and independent contractor arrangements are preferable.

Competitive compensation commensurate with skills and experience. Starting litigator salary is $125,000, increasing with expertise.
Full-time positions include 100% coverage for health and dental insurance, an outstanding 401(k) plan, flexible vacation and holiday policy, performance-based bonuses, and additional rewards for exceptional contributions.
