    Description

    We are searching for Internal,Family or Geriatric Medicine Physicians to join our growing practices in Charlotte,NC. The team of physician will work closely with the medical directorto play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation.

    Position Highlights:

    • · Rediscoverthe "joy in practice" while working in a value-based care environmentwith a team to support you in delivering high quality patient care.
    • · Providebest in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
    • · Partnerwith care team and leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models toengage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
    • · Ourpractices offer smaller panel sizes and the opportunity to lead while workingwith a true team.
    • · Utilizeour proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patientsand maximize impact on the population.
    • · Weeklyprotected time during the workday, to gather with fellow Iora physicians forteam building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
    • · Stateof the art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model.
    • · Leadershipthat values your input and understands the importance of work/life balance.

    Qualifications:

    • · Boardcertification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required.
    • · Currentlylicensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Arizona.
    • · Theability to build successful relationships with team members and communicateeffectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
    • · Canthrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data toimprove patient outcomes.
