On behalf of our renowned client from Italy, we are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and dedicated Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for their store on Goethestraße in Frankfurt.

Your responsibilities as Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d)

Together with the Store Manager, you will lead and manage the store and act as their representative in their absence
You will lead and motivate your small team and together achieve/exceed sales and KPI goals
You will position the brand in the attractive and high-performing market in Munich, focusing on both maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones
As a role model for your team members, you will actively participate in sales and conduct internal trainings for employee development and onboarding
