Responsibilities:


Customer Communication:

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on vehicle repairs.

Vehicle Intake:
Greet customers, assess vehicle damage, and document relevant information for repair.

Vehicle Pick-ups: Coordinate vehicle pick-ups with customers, ensuring a smooth process.

Clerical Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive customer service or collision repair preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and organized.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
