Purchasing Agent - Burlington, United States - AMERICAN CHAMPION AIRCRAFT

Description

Responsible for procurement of all aircraft parts, materials & components. Perform vendor price comparisons; follow-up to ensure timely receipt of material orders. Rectify discrepancy's between orders and shipments received, receive in materials. Assign material purchase order numbers; type purchase orders and distribute as appropriate. Work closely with various department management to keep production running smoothly. Work with accounts payable to ensure correct invoice payment and credit memo adjustments. Answer phones as needed.
