- Directs and coordinates the Human Resource Department to ensure compliance.
- Offers counsel on Company policies, procedures, and personnel matters.
- Identifies legal requirements affecting HR functions and ensures compliance.
- Maintains records of benefit plans and personnel transactions.
- Conducts investigations on employment-related issues.
- Provides management training and conducts new employee orientations.
- Administers performance review programs and employee separations.
- Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings.
- Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy and promotes a diverse and harassment-free environment.

Human Resources Manager at Advanced Call Center Technologies
Summary: Under general direction, plans, organizes, and manages assigned functional areas of the Human Resources program. Acts as the liaison between Operational Management and employees to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees in the HR Department, including planning, assigning work, and resolving problems.
Competencies: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal and Oral Communication Skills, Leadership, Ethics, Organizational Support, Initiative.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
