HNS Recovery, a leader in vehicle recovery solutions, is seeking a dedicated Storage Lot Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our storage operations. Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday operations of the storage lot, ensuring smooth and efficient processing and handling of vehicles and property.
Supervise, train and coordinate the activities of lot storage personnel.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the storage area.
Operate forklifts and other handling equipment; forklift experience is a must.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle inventory management and control measures effectively.
Conduct regular lot audits and generate reports on inventory and lot status.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field OR 5+ years commensurate experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related industry.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
