    Description
    Our client, a leader in

    financial tax software , is looking to hire a

    Business Operations Manager.

    This role is onsite 2x per week in San Diego, CA.

    *This job is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays

    As a


    Business Operations Manager , you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of business strategy & operations projects, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure all project goals are on track and improve existing processes.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple Business Operations and/or Strategy projects simultaneously as well as delivering on these projects on time.

    Responsibilities

    Lead and motivate cross functional teams in Change Management projects
    Develop project plans end-to-end, building roadmaps, and driving company-wide deliverables on a timeline
    Monitor project progress through metrics, using data analytics to execute operational improvements
    Present business insights cross-functionally across internal teams to improve efficacy in business strategy projects

    Desired Skills & Experience
    Bachelor's Degree
    6-8+ years of experience

    in

    project management, focusing on business operations and implementation
    Working experience in

    Business Operations

    or

    Change Management
    Prior experience in the technology industry is preferred
