- Owns a set of products that form the core of the Anderson-Negele "offering" for a key set of customer problems (e.g. optimizing inventory usage), is the "go-to" within the company for knowledge of those products and their position in the market
- Assists Senior PM of Head of Product Management in strategic initiative definition and execution; conducts customer interviews, solution definition, competitive or sales data analysis, etc.
- Leads cross functional teams through life cycle management products to streamline the portfolio or respond to external constraints
- Ensures thorough project execution and customer communication related to outcomes
- Develops content and delivers training for marketing/sales enablement and post-sales support
- Acts as escalation path for front line technical customer support
- Provides product support for Manufacturing, Sales or other internal functions as needed
- Monitors product pricing, leads product specific price/margin improvement initiatives and participates in global price changes
- Learning critical initiatives, financial analysis, Dream phase deliverables, customer jobs-to-be-done; development path for Senior Product Manager
- 3+ years of product management, technical support, or other product related roles
- BS in Marketing, Engineering, or other technical subject area preferred
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments and knowledge of industry standards & regulations preferred
- Ability & desire to work with customers, translating needs into products and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions (engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, etc.)
- 2 days/week required in either Spartanburg, SC or Fultonville, NY (hybrid work)
- Up to 25% travel required
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written) a must

Anderson-Negele is seeking a Product Manager (PM) to join our team This position is responsible for a defined product line, including forecast and pricing, messaging, internal support, and product life cycle management. Work together with a Senior PM to achieve revenue targets associated with a strategic objective. Work to meet these responsibilities includes coordination of tactical and strategic business activities with Marketing, Sales, Service, Research & Development Engineers, Manufacturing, Quality, Customers, and Business Partners.

National: The salary range for this position is $79,700 - $147,900
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
