Farmersville is currently seeking a Senior SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) to join our Business Applications department. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial applications at RTL Deutschland GmbH.

Your main tasks will include independently analyzing problems and implementing optimal solutions in the areas of SAP Time Management (PT) and/or Payroll (PY).

You will also support us in implementing the SAP roadmap for HCM, including upgrading our OnPremise system to HANA (H4S4).

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our SAP HCM system, providing user support, and troubleshooting and resolving errors.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, as well as at least 5 years of experience in HCM development.
