We are in need of compassionate, dedicated, and diligent Site Supervisor

Our Residential Services offer a structure to assist individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in learning daily life skills, fostering meaningful relationships, and seizing opportunities to integrate into their community.


Our devoted team establishes a secure, welcoming atmosphere and aids residents in engaging in community events, arranging transport to medical appointments, managing their finances, and more.


In partnership with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services, the Site Supervisor oversees the operation of a single residence and delivers residential assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury.

Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided.

Attain an outstanding work-life balance as a manager. Receive overtime for exceeding 40 hours of work, and participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis with other managers.

Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday from 9am to 5pm.

Essential Skills:


  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient communication and organizational abilities are a must.
Required Experience

  • Prior supervisory background is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities, with at least one year in residential services, is mandatory.
