Your main tasks
in the kitchen area:
- Preparation of dishes according to the system-specific product range
- Standard-compliant processing of the company's convenience products
- Preparation and serving of end products
in the inventory management area:
- Control of inventory levels, order and delivery documents
- Storage of goods (freezer storage, refrigerated storage, dry storage)
- Application of the FiFo system
- Compliance with minimum shelf life dates
- Checking the proper storage of products according to the company's storage regulations
- Cost-conscious use of materials and consumables
- Assistance with inventories
What do you bring to us?
- You preferably have experience in system gastronomy
- You speak good German (Level B2 is mandatory)
