**SEEKING MIG ALUMINUM WELDERS ON 1ST SHIFT IN THE KENT AREA APPLY TODAY**

**Description:**

The main responsibility of a welder/fitter is to assemble and weld aluminum and stainless steel trailers, and/or sub assemblies.

Layout and position parts according to a set of specifications

Weld in various positions such as flat, horizontal, overhead and vertical

Blueprint interpretation

MIG on aluminum

May have to work at heights up to 15ft. and possibly in confined spaces (inside tanks).

**MUST HAVES:**

1. MIG welding on aluminum

2. Blueprint interpretation

3. Tape measure (will be given test)

4. Ability to pass weld test (horizontal, vertical, overhead passes on aluminum plates)

5. Ability to crawl under trucks, weld on backs, climbing in and on trailers

6. Must have welding certs if they do not have field experience - willing to take someone straight from career centers

**PLUSES:**

1. Fabrication

2. Overhead Crane

3. Ability to work in confined spaces

$up to 23/hr with 3 raises within the 1st year.

**Shift:** 6a-4p Mon-Thurs.
