Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals in your care
Advocate for resident rights and provide emotional support
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Experience:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of hospice care, social work, and first aid is a plus
Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desired
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
