Our client's global team is committed to delivering an unparalleled blend of cutting-edge technologies, convenient procurement options, and pharmaceutical services under their industry-leading brands.Position: Distribution TechnicianLocation: Breinigsville, PA Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Shift: Monday to Friday from 06:15 AM to 02:30 PMOvertime: Some weekday, weekend, and holiday overtime may be requiredResponsibilities:

Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
Comply with all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe, efficient manner.
Cleans packaging rooms and machinery by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMPs).
Performs manual or automated assembly, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
Ensures adherence to specifications and the highest quality standards.
Accepts or rejects in-process clinical supplies and drug products according to acceptability standards determined by Good Manufacturing Principles, customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Works with other departments to perform necessary tasks.
Performs tasks that may be verified by an independent individual, or may perform inspection/verifications of work performed by others.
Uses stationary and/or hand-held machinery in multiple operations.
Must be able to work in both primary and secondary rooms.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Certification, including but not limited to filtering face masks, PAPR, N- 95 masks, half-face masks, and safety glasses is required for this position.
Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update the Oracle system accordingly.
Place all incoming and outgoing materials including finished goods, raw materials, and supplies in the appropriate staging and storage locations.
Prepare materials for shipment involving all modes of transportation (LTL, TL, ocean, rail, and airfreight)
Verify receipts to ensure damage-free products are introduced into our systems and accurate records are maintained.
Preserve the quality and integrity of materials while loading and unloading activities occur.
Keep and maintain designated warehouses safe, clean, and in a presentable manner at all times.
Print and collate shipping documents by order.
Respond to phones and communications with other departments.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Degree or GED
Able to work overtime when volume justifies additional labor hours
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40lbs and a maximum of 75lbs and use pallet jacks
Must be willing to spend extended periods walking/standing, entering data for orders, and handling inventory items
Work as part of a team within Distribution and across QA, Client Services, and Supply Chain departments
Basic computer competency using Microsoft Office applications and significant data entry
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work in a refrigerated environment with proper PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience
Prior Distribution/Warehouse experience
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices
Prior pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experience
