    Description

    EquipmentShare is Hiring a Parts Inventory Specialist.

    EquipmentShare is searching for a Parts Inventory Specialist for our Mexico, MO distribution center to support our team as the department continues to grow.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise parts inventory, fulfillment, and receivingCatalog and manage parts inventory for online resaleCoordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with customers regarding order resolution and satisfactionConfirm inventory receiving invoice accuracyCoordinating with vendors regarding delivery schedulesA high school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Previous experience in fulfillment and shipping roles is a plusPrevious experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plusPrevious or current experience working inventory management and shipping fulfillment systemsEmotionally intelligentAdvanced problem-solversAble to work autonomously, and be willing to seek assistance when neededTeam PlayerMust possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management, and communication skillsYou can lift a maximum amount of 50 lbs.
