    Join our team as a skilled PLC technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality of our equipment and facilities.

    From troubleshooting complex systems to conducting preventive maintenance, overhauls, fabrication, programming, and installations, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and contribute to minimizing downtime.

    Provide technical repairs for complex electronic, mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).Troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and install electronic systems, complex gauges, instrumentation, and new parts, encompassing both mechanical and electronic interfaces.

    Diagnose and repair electronic, electric, and pneumatic controls and instrumentation, used for equipment performance, building access, automation systems, fire protection, material handling, and energy measurement.

    Assist production workers in diagnosing malfunctions, execute major equipment overhauls, and test equipment after repairs or downtime.
    Maintain production equipment while adhering to defined production schedules.
    Operate a variety of machinery and tools, including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
    Interact with and maintain records in compliance with Maintenance Management System requirements, utilizing computer systems for communication.
    Complete duties following quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and other company procedures and regulations.


    Qualifications:


    High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement and control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical experience in industrial and manufacturing machinery.

    Allen Bradley controls experience. Rockwell software experience is preferred.

    Experience in three of the following skills:
    refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and food manufacturing process controls.
    Knowledge of equipment set-up, functionality, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques.
