You will take on the operational and professional management of the kitchen and kitchen team, as well as overall responsibility for all food and groceries served.

You will plan, create and calculate menus and prepare à la carte dishes. You are responsible for smooth processes in the kitchen and for maintaining hygiene standards according to HACCP. You are also responsible for purchasing and ensuring correct receipt and control of goods. You will conduct and evaluate inventories. You enjoy not only staying informed about new market trends, but also actively strive to develop new dishes yourself. You have completed a professional training as a cook with several years of experience or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first-hand experience as a cook/sous chef or in another leadership position.

You know that inspiring teamwork always brings new challenges and confidently face them with a clear mind, even in stressful situations.

You are not only a leader, but also a team player and know how to motivate the kitchen team. Your profile is rounded off by your willingness to perform, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
