Description
Program Management Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position in the Washington DC Metro area. It requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.


Example of Duties

  • Elicit requirements using interviews, process and document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, implementation efforts
  • Provides expertise in change management and training support; Provides organizational and strategic planning for the wide variety of technical and functional environments
  • Provides expertise in performing studies including but not limited to Configuration Management, Disaster Recovery, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and other aspects of technology and business improvement analysis
  • Document meeting minutes

Requirements:


  • At least one (1) year of IT experience and an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical field, or
  • At least two (2) years of IT experience and education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical field with no degree requirement
