    DAY TO DAY:

Our fast growing client, a national insurance brand is seeking a BA and Senior BA to join their team. You will participate in and be engaged in daily stand up meetings, daily refinement meetings, and should be able to do demo's to the dev team and the business. We are looking for someone to meet with the business partners and the dev teams on a daily basis. This BA will focus on statuses and blocking components, and will focus on user story creation and writing user stories from requirements. We are seeking someone with critical thinking when it comes to writing requirements and ability to articulate those requirements into the user stories.

This individual will also focus on looking through and familiarizing their backlog (the back log is a combination of all of the user stories and projects to understand where there is fallout from the user stories). There could be user stories for commercial lines, personal lines, and other lines of insurance that this person will write and groom. Finally, there will be fallout from the back log as a specific project ends and you will take ownership of the back log as a BA on this team.
