Exciting Career Opportunity as Assistant Store Director at our Northend GF location.
If you have experience in retail and/or management and would like to expand your career with Hugos, wed like to talk to you.

Some of the opportunities involved with the Asst. Store Director position are:
Providing and modeling outstanding customer service
Assist with planning and directing day-to-day operations of the store.
Work closely with all of the department managers to maintain proper stock levels, consistent department standards and proper staffing to improve customer service and drive store sales.
Ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
Oversee product displays and merchandising.
Forecast staffing needs and assist with scheduling, recruiting and training strategies to maintain optimal staffing in all departments.
Work with store budgets to meet or exceed store goals.
Ensure a safe working environment for all associates and customers.
Monitor food safety practices throughout the store.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and/or 5 years experience in retail or a related area.
Must have extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and excel at leading and directing store associates.
Must be proficient in MS Office programs and comfortable working with technology (computers, smartphones, apps, online shopping, etc.)
