We, as the oldest and most traditional German automobile club (AvD), are currently seeking employees for our emergency call center and customer service department.

For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for several call center agents (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, working 35 hours per week or part-time.

We also welcome career changers (m/f/d) from the hotel and gastronomy industry, even without formal qualifications

Responsibilities:

3month inhouse training to become a call center agent (m/f/d)
You will work in emergency call center and customer service, which is available 24/7/36
You will receive emergency calls from members and customers from Germany and abroad
You will initiate and organize service and assistance
You will provide information about AvD services over the phone
You will take reports of damages in the automotive insurance sector over the phone
You will work in shifts
