- Conduct physical inventory counts and compare them with system data to identify discrepancies.
- Update and correct inventory records based on audits and reports.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through coordination with warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of adjustments, revisions, and stock movements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory accuracy and revisions.
- Support cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits as needed.
- Work closely with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to ensure data consistency.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and other software tools.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in inventory control, data entry, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
