We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Your work will help ensure our customers enjoy optimal indoor air quality and comfort.

Four 10-hour shifts allowing a 3-day weekend or a traditional 8 hours, 5-day workweek

Pay Range: $ $40.00 an hour + spiff/incentives, depending on experience and credentials

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role
Valid HVAC certification and licenses (journeyman level for leads & schooling hours for entry-level)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
