We are currently seeking a self-motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a 5-axis CNC milling machine operator.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently set up 5axis CNC milling machines
  • Program and optimize machines using Fanuc controls
  • Monitor production processes and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Lead and coordinate employees in your shift, including scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Train and guide employees on machine operation, safety regulations, and quality assurance
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes, techniques, and workflows
  • Perform quality selfchecks

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a metalworking profession, ideally as a machinist or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing, particularly with 5axis milling machines
  • Proficient in CNC programming
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, but motivated professionals with a desire to grow are also welcome
  • Strong attention to quality and understanding of production processes
  • Team player with flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
