We are looking for a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for our client in metal production and processing at Lake Bridgeport. The scope of work includes assembly and commissioning of machines and equipment.

Your responsibilities as Workshop Manager (m/f/d):

  • Technical management of the areas of pipeline, apparatus and welding technology
  • Advising and supporting customers as a technical contact person
  • Organizing work processes, further training and personnel planning
  • Monitoring production processes
  • Compliance with quality standards
  • Ensuring smooth operations within the team

Requirements for the Workshop Manager (m/f/d):

  • Completed training in the field of metal or comparable qualification with further training as a master or technician
  • Several years of professional experience as a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) or in a similar position
  • Good knowledge in the field of assembly and commissioning of machines and equipment
  • Leadership skills and teamwork
  • Structured, independent work style
