- Positions available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with 8 and 10-hour shifts.
- Open to working weekends and sharing holiday shifts with shift pay differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Deliver trauma-informed residential services through individual and group interactions.
- Build positive relationships with residents to create a supportive environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation following program guidelines.
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance personal and organizational growth.
- Must attain Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification within specified time frame.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (to be obtained within three months of hire).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
