What You'll Do

  • Assist members with financial transactions in person, by telephone, or by mail. Including processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, posting payments, check cashing, pinning ATM and Debit cards, and ordering checks.
  • Responsible for managing cash, including counting cash back to members, tracking funds by money type, and balancing daily.
  • Deliver solutions to members with empathy, explaining products and services, and referring them to the appropriate branch rep and/or support department for additional follow up.
  • Identify referral and crosssell opportunities expanding the member relationship based on account history and needs, including reviewing promotional offers and marketing campaigns.

What We're Seeking

  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience required, 6 months +
  • Experience handling large amounts of cash, including balancing totals and resolving discrepancies.
  • Someone with a professional, friendly, and positive outlook.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
