Leaning on over 50 years of experience in the field, Youngquist Brothers well drilling division is the leader in large diameter deep injection well drilling, with the introduction of the E-Rig allowing us to stay at the forefront of drilling technology.
We are actively seeking a Contract Administrator to assist with our well drilling projects throughout the state, being a liaison between upper management and vendors to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday full-time, some Saturday mornings
Location:
Onsite at our headquarters in Fort Myers, Fl.
Pay:
$21-23 DOE
Insurance benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, life and supplementary (AD&D, STD, etc.), 401K.
Job Requirements:
- Communicate with clients during contract execution, preparing and submitting monthly reports regarding billing and project status.
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with contracts and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with upper management to create and submit bid proposals
- Upload and maintain permanent files of all procurement, and contractual/agreement documentation for all contracts
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Prior experience as Contract Administrator with a construction company preferred.
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication, both written and verbal
Qualifications/Skillset needed:
- Prior contract administration experience preferred
- Background in contract interpretation and fluent with contractual verbiage
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Degree in business administration, Contract Administration, Business Law, or related field, bonus.
- Prior experience working with Sage accounting software, and Oracle Primavera software a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel specifically).
- Incredibly detail oriented, organized, and flexibility to multitask

$ $23.00 per hour
