Insurance Claims Handler (Office-based) - 100% remote possible


This is your new task

  • You will handle the final processing of insurance claims in the areas of property, motor, or liability insurance
  • You will determine all relevant facts of the claim, such as cause, plausibility, extent, and amount
  • You will make independent decisions within your authority and manage all steps for claim resolution, as well as coordinating service providers from our partner network
  • You will negotiate with our customers, assessors, and experts to find economically and legally viable solutions for each specific case
  • You will identify cases of fraud and take appropriate countermeasures
  • You will support our customers with competence and empathy, ensuring that our customer satisfaction goals are met
