    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in operational duties in all three of our brands , , and . Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success. Understanding the functions, attention to detail and process will be key to your success.

    **Position Responsibilities include:**

    Greeting and building rapport with guests

    Assist guests in finishing their checkout process

    Appraise and buy-in merchandise

    Answering customer questions in person and over the phone

    Passion for and experience in the game of golf

    A minimum of two years of customer service experience

    Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.

    **Nice to have**

    1-3 years of customer service experience in the golf industry

    Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
