We are looking for reinforcements for school support as inclusion assistants in the Main-Taunus district (m/f/d) in Iona, FL.


Your profile:

  • Pedagogical specialist for school support with completed pedagogical training
  • Student of social work
  • Career changer in school support/experience with children and teenagers

Your tasks:

  • Individual support of a school child during lessons/school day/possibly afterschool care
  • Assistance with practical life skills and social contacts
  • Support with communication and building relationships
  • You are the contact person for questions and uncertainties of the child
  • Encouraging support for individual disadvantages
  • Cooperation with teachers and support staff
  • Assistance with learning content

You bring:

  • A high level of social competence and empathy
  • Experience in working with children or teenagers, for example through your profession or your commitment or personal experience with your own children
  • High communication skills
  • Ideally experience in dealing with disabilities
  • Flexibility and punctuality
  • Willingness to work independently
  • A confident appearance
  • Fluent German skills
