Your Responsibilities:

In the role of Junior Strategist (all genders) Data Analytics, your focus is on digital communication and you will work together with the Data Intelligence team to support the entire agency on all communication projects - from pitches, communication strategies, content processes to SEO and advertising.

You will analyze relevant national and international data to create impactful communication strategies.

  • Researching relevant data in line with our clients' goals from target groups and competition (analysis) to content and performance marketing, website, and SEO data
  • Preparing data and results in presentations for clients
  • Mastering our current toolset and participating in decisions about possible extensions, analytically and creatively researching additional situational relevant sources such as studies, surveys, reports, etc.
  • Exchange with agencywide colleagues to determine which data provides the most value in each communication campaign
  • Explaining why certain data works and its value
  • Occasionally presenting data to clients or in pitches

Your Profile:


  • First experience in handling complex data national and international
  • Ability to not only describe data but also evaluate it and derive recommendations for action
  • No fear of large amounts of data or delving into detailed considerations
  • Patience and talent for explaining connections and proactively
