We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations.

As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the bakery, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent kitchen management skills, including food preparation, baking techniques, and recipe development
  • Ability to interview, train, and manage a team effectively
  • Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
  • Experience with cash handling and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality standards
