    Description
    Recent college grads welcome to apply with a 4 year engineering degree

    Global manufacturer is looking to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer with 0-2 years of experience. It's a full time salaried position with benefits and the role is on-site Mon-Fri.


    In this role, you will support research and development of Mechanical parts and large/complex assemblies, work under general direction, and support development of approaches and solutions.

    The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of technical principles, theories and concepts in Mechanical Engineering, and general knowledge of other related disciplines.

    Understand the customer requirements and track the compliance level of the design in a compliance matrix during the development phase
    Responsible for the design validation and verification, which includes analyses and tests as required
    Loads analysis
    Stress analysis using hand calculations or finite element analysis
    Part and assembly tolerance analysis.
    Functional, environmental, static load, robustness testing
    Responsible for the creation of mechanical parts and assemblies to meet the need of the Business Unit customers.
    Use the CAD tools to create 3D models of parts and assemblies

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and computer-aided design
