    Description

    With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment.

    This position is a full time Team Leader and consist of supporting all orientation, on boarding, and training functions. It will also consist of shift management and customer service. We offer paid vacation, flexible hours, leadership training, and more

    Pay Rate:
    $20.00 / hour


    Duties:

    Daily Tasks include:

    • Problem Solving
    • Marking attendance for all current associates
    • Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
    • Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
    • Maintain a professional and successful customer service
    • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed
    .


    Position Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum 6 months leadership experience
    • Minimum of 6 months work history in Customer Service and Office experience
    • Flexible training on day shift then transition to nights
    • College Students and Interns welcome to apply

    Requirements:
    Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old
