This is what you will be responsible for and help us shape:

  • Assistance and pedagogical work, including as a primary caregiver, including basic nursing tasks
  • Organization of daily business in the facility/service
  • Responsibility for assessing the need for assistance and implementing and documenting goals and measures
  • Responsibility for cooperative collaboration with clients, employee teams, and family members
  • Instruction and advice for assistance staff, temporary workers, and volunteers
  • Participation in maintaining quality standards
  • Collaboration with external partners and pursuing clients' (social) legal claims
  • Willingness to take on night shift duties

This is what you bring to our team:

  • Completed vocational training as a special needs educator, educator, social pedagogue (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
  • Experience working with people with severe and multiple disabilities desirable
