Summary of Key Responsibilities
Station Chiefs are leaders who act as field marshals to take our teams to victory. They manage warehouses, vehicles and the inventory. Station Chiefs also oversee the movement of inventory and drivers to and from the warehouse. within them. They provide leadership, training, and problem solving skills to our teams and partners.


Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


  • Leadership:_Ensuring the team around you, and drivers, have what they need to succeed each day, your job is their success:_
  • Manages through unusual events to keep your station operating to standard and your drivers.
  • Manages the budget for the station
  • Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Buffalo Market
  • Grow team & driver qualities to standard.
  • 100% of inventory PnL is held responsible.
  • Make fast decisions around team makeup; help top achievers do better, help low performers become top performers and quickly determine lack of progress and make terminations

Customer / Driver Support

  • Assumes full responsibility of inventory success
  • Correct amounts for sales distributor pickups
  • Tracking product purchases
  • Assures FIFO method
  • Minimizes spoilages
  • Maintains 100% inventory accuracy
  • Prevents waste and theft
  • Assures stampede compliance throughout the team

Training

  • Trains the warehouse team members and and leads driver training
  • Ensures compliance with all procedures, policies, and software

Execution:


  • Follows up consistently to ensure accountability to plans and rules. Measure daily compliance and report to leadership daily.
  • Champions warehouse safety

Driver excellence

  • Utilizes and demonstrates effective management principles and practices to create and maintain a successful team of drivers, resulting in an environment where partners are valued and respected.
  • Chiefs make sure the warehouse is ready before the drivers arrive each day
  • Territory growth encourage and develop drivers to grow the GMV of their routes

Pay:
$60, $120,000.00 per year
