    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    The Talent Center Supervisor is responsible for leading the operations of our centralized Talent Center and planning, coordinating, and executing successful hiring events to attract and connect Fontainebleau Las Vegas with the most qualified candidates.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
    Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the Talent Center from candidate arrival to candidate department to include, culture auditions, talent center flow, and the end-to-end management of hiring events
    Lead and manage a team of Talent Center Coordinators
    Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to enhance team performance
    Develop and implement high-quality, standardized procedures to optimize Talent Center activities
    Identify opportunities for process improvement within the talent acquisition process
    Implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and candidate experience
    Conduct regular audits and generate reports and analytics to ensure compliance and key performance metrics to present insights on talent acquisition activities
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques
    Act as point of contact for candidates and new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the recruitment process
    Determine best practices for responding to all recruitment inquiries via email and phone and ensure team is handling responses timely
    Develop comprehensive plans for job fair events, including logistics, marketing strategies, and participant engagement
    Coordinate with various stakeholders, including employers, vendors, and venue providers
    Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of job seekers
    Utilize various channels, including social media, local networks, and partnerships to promote job fair events
    Ensure that all technical and operational aspects of the job fair run smoothly
    Develop strategies to engage and assist job seekers during the event
    Collect and analyze data related to job fair attendance, employer satisfaction, and overall event success
    Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness of each job fair
    Partner with community organizations to participate in external job fairs or hiring events
    Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Two (2) years of experience in a recruiting position and/or Talent Acquisition, preferably for a large-scale luxury resort/casino, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
    High School Diploma or equivalent
    In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Members, community organizations, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance job fair participation and success
    A creative mindset to develop innovative and engaging elements within job fairs to attract both employers and job seekers
    Proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a diverse group of job seekers is a plus
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software and other technology tools to enhance the registration process, communication, and overall event experience
    Use of data analytics tools to assess the success of job fairs, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions for future events
    Involvement in community outreach and engagement to enhance the visibility and reputation of job fairs within the local community
    Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, evolving job market conditions, and the dynamic nature of event planning
    Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to work in a team environment and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners
    Work in a fast-paced, busy, and engaging environment, while maintaining excellent customer service skills
    Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position supervises Talent Center Coordinators.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
