JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for troubleshooting and assisting others with their computer woes? We're seeking a skilled PC and MAC Technician to join our team on a full
- or part-time basis, providing thoughtful support primarily for residential clients, small business, and mid sized companies.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proficiency in both PC and MAC environments

Experience with hardware repairs and upgrades

Strong troubleshooting skills for operating system issues

Ability to assemble custom computer rigs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Networking and server experience is a must

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at various organizational levels

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
