Description

Your tasks:

  • Realization of gear cutting machines of different technologies including peripherals according to customer requirements (including customer-specific, constructive adaptation)
  • Interdisciplinary linking of technical departments in finding solutions
  • Development of systemic approaches for implementing technical customer requirements (creation of specifications based on requirements, operating instructions, etc.)
  • Monetary evaluation of solution approaches and transfer into the offer (monetary and content-wise)
  • Coordination of internal departments involved (sales, design, quality, purchasing, production, etc.)
  • You coordinate feasibility and assembly effort with production managers.
  • You identify risks and coordination needs and develop solutions to minimize risks through design reviews and FMEAs
  • Support of sales as internal client

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies (university, technical college, dual studies) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of the interaction between mechanics, control technology and user software
  • Skills in the design and realization of assemblies and complete systems for machining tools desirable
  • Knowledge of machinery and electrical guidelines as well as machine safety desirable
  • 3D CAD (Creo Parametrics), MS Office skills and SAP R/3 desirable
