Full job description
- Client Services Associate_
The associate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the CEO to complete new account paperwork on the Pershing & Charles Schwab custodial platforms.
- Assisting the CEO to complete new account paperwork with primarily 4 Insurance Carriers
- Diligently follow up on asset movement requests and monitor transfers to ensure case completion
- Attending occasional evening work functions including our community focused workshop program
- Helping clients make contributions & distributions via ACH, internal transfers, & wires.
- Creating quarterly performance reports for both client meetings and internal due diligence.
- Loading information into the financial planning software in preparation for client meetings.
- Interacting with clients through in person meetings, phone calls, and Zoom/Google Meet as needed.
- Data entry projects
- Recording your daily activity in our CRM Software
Mandatory Traits Include:
- Basic Finance/Banking skills: Account opening, money movement, knowledge of multiple account types (IRA, Roth, Taxable, Trust, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good Memory Recall multiple cases at the same time will be normal
- Dependable
- Punctual
- Ethical
Traits that will separate you from other hires:
- Extensive experience with the G-Suite of Applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, etc)
- Above average knowledge of the tax impact of various account transactions
- Demonstrable work ethic
- Demonstrable desire to learn & grow
Education:
College undergraduate degree
License:
- Series 65/66 (not required but desire to obtain)
- Life/Health Ins License (not required but willingness to obtain)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in wealth management or banking
***Base Salary $53, $64,900 per year
