Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the successful planning, control and management of your area of responsibility
  • You develop your employees and lead your team to sales success
  • Through your team-oriented leadership style, you ensure a high level of employee retention and satisfaction
  • In case of vacancies, you recruit new candidates in the market
  • You ensure a high-quality customer experience in needs-based customer conversations in both investment and credit areas, including solutions from our partner companies
  • You actively contribute to achieving sales success while adhering to current service and consulting standards and serve as a role model
  • You actively support cross-departmental cooperation between all areas of the bank in the interest of our members and customers
  • With your confident demeanor, you represent our brand values and the locations assigned to you in the market area

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your training as a bank clerk and ideally supplemented it with a (university) degree with a focus on business administration
  • You have several years of experience in leading large teams (also remotely) and have a motivating and modern leadership style
  • You are a communication talent and have a passion for sales and leadership tasks
  • Structured, independent, results-oriented work as well as reliability and resilience are among your special
