    Guest Representaive/Concierge - Memphis, United States - The Peabody Hotel Group

    Description
    Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Energize the five values, the five hospitality behaviors and steps. Courteously and efficiently provides information for guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services.


    • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
    • Provide legible communication.
    • Compute basic arithmetic.
    • Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
    • Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.
    • Ability to: perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

    * understand guests' service needs.
