Your task - Responsibilities

Conduct root cause analyses and develop measures for sustainable error elimination in internal production processes
Initiate improvement measures in the process and on the product in collaboration with production and feedback of results to development
Validation and optimization of product, testing, and process specifications and requirements
Responsible for continuous improvement in the error management process
Moderation and guidance of problem-solving teams
Conduct releases and approvals in production

Degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience in applying quality methods and tools for error detection and problem solving (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why,...)
Sound knowledge of production and quality planning (e.g. APQP)
Knowledge in the field of precision mechanics and/or optoelectronics
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, preferably project experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
Language skills: Fluent in German and English
