- Collaborate with administrators to address students' needs in areas such as attendance, social-emotional well-being, behavioral support, and student discipline.
- Provide ongoing professional development for counselors and administrators to enhance their ability to support students effectively.
- Works closely with outside agencies to provide ongoing support for students.
- Supports McKinney Vento Program, advocating for the needs of homeless students.
- Champion strategies that foster a positive school climate, including PBIS and Social Emotional Learning Curriculum.
- Engage with families to provide additional support and resources if needed.
- Directly oversee attendance, counseling, PBIS, and crisis teams to ensure cohesive support structures are in place.
- Conduct supervision and evaluations for coaches, counselors, coordinators, and classified staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

Job Description
The impact you will have: We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the Manager of Student Services role. This position requires a dedicated professional who will work collaboratively with administrators to ensure the holistic well-being of our students across 20 comprehensive schools and one alternative school. You will play a vital part in supporting all district sites to create safe, supportive learning environments for students and staff. The Student Services Department focuses on providing counseling support, health services, and resources for students while also working tirelessly to improve attendance rates and reduce Chronic Absenteeism and Truancy.
