Summary:
The Warehouse Associates responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, & displaying products. Duties might include delivery; a valid driver's license will be required. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Warehouse Lead and Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Report any discrepancies.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
Adapt to hot or cold working conditions.
Valid driver's license

ABILITIES:
Possess excellent communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats.
Ability to establish good organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
Personal characteristics include enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter.
