How YOU will make an impact every day:

Perform secondary operations using various techniques, tools, and equipment following all stated parameters and instructions for each customer order.
Ensure our products meet the quality standards required by the customer and Nordson Medical.
Perform visual inspections and measurement tests including documenting and communicating any necessary adjustments to internal departments.
Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Join our safety mission of JOURNEY TO ZERO to help keep each and every employee safe every day.
Actively listen and communicate both verbally and written.
Other duties as assigned and stated in the full job description.

Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Secondary Operations/Assembly Operator I (helpful, but not required):

Knowledge of ID and OD specifications (internal diameter and outside diameter).
Experience with calipers, micrometers, snap gauges, and rulers.
Experience in manual and computerbased documentation control and development.
Willingness to learn.

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

GED or High School diploma preferred, but not required.
Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to sit for long periods.
Detailoriented.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to read the small print and to see at normal distances; write clearly and legibly, and hear within normal ranges in person and on the telephone.
