Description

Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enrich the lives of low-and moderate-income families, seniors and disabled persons through the provision of affordable housing.

We are searching for an Assistant Resident Community Manager to work at our Coronado Housing Developments in Coronado.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining applicant wait lists, work order logs and resident files as well as reception duties, and data entry.

High School diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years office experience required. Affordable property management, Section 42, TCAC, Tax Credits, Housing Commission, Compliance and Yardi software experience preferred. This is a full time non-exempt position.

Full benefits include 10 paid holidays per year, sick leave, 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 401k retirement plan, profit sharing plan, fully paid medical insurance and group dental plan.

This position reports to the Resident Community Manager.

$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
